Freshly roasted in small batches by veterans of the coffee industry who live in the Pacific Northwest--birthplace of modern coffee-culture, and there's some pretty great fly fishing too. For 40 years they've been on the leading edge & worked on all levels of bringing coffee to market: buying, roasting, blending & tasting. You might say coffee is who they are, when they're not on the river! It's an honor really. They know that a proper fly fishing day cannot begin without that first hit of freshly roasted coffee to invigorate the spirit and hone the senses.
