Return Policy

We can accept returns within 60 days of purchase; you may return books in their original condition; unopened CDs, DVDs, or video games; and any other merchandise in new condition with original packaging and accessories.

If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, call 800-949-5163 to request a replacement and return mailing tag. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Items should be returned in their original product packaging.

If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item in "re-saleable" condition and you will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item. If the item is being exchanged for a different size we will ship the requested size instead of refunding the purchase price.
